Muhlenberg County 911 Administrative Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. We are a fully functional 24/7 E-911 Center.

We dispatch for all nine fire dept.'s in Muhlenberg County (Which consist of Bremen, Central City, Drakesboro, Greenville, Beechmont, Graham, Dunmor, Nelson Creek, and WHFRTC), Muhlenberg County EMS, Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Dept., Greenville Police Dept., Central City Police Dept., Drakesboro Police Dept., and Powderly Police Dept.

Congratulations to our director, Kristi Jenkins, for completing the NENA CMCP course last week in Frankfort, KY.

The Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP) is a 40-hour leadership course designed for current and future 9-1-1 leaders. It focuses on building practical leadership and management skills for emergency communications centers through real-world training. Participants learn how to manage staff, operations, budgeting, policies, technology, quality assurance, and risk management while developing confidence in decision-making and leadership. Taught by experienced 9-1-1 professionals, the program provides practical tools and strategies that can be immediately applied to improve team performance and center operations.
