Breaking News…
Tonight, our very own Liberty Belles and Sound of Liberty performed the National Anthem at the Columbus Clippers game.

What an incredible experience for these musicians. They represented Liberty with extreme talent, and professionalism, creating wonderful memories for themselves and their families!!

So proud of each performer who took the field tonight. 💙🎶

Hello families…….we’re making AMAZING progress filling all of our open concession spots. This means more funding for our music programs and students. Only a couple of slots for this week and 22 open spots for next week…let’s keep filling them up!!!

Don’t forget students get volunteer hours for their requirement but in order for students to sign up there must be 1 adult on the sign up to work

Also, for any Friday night football game, if you sign up to work concessions, you get in for free. Just let them know at the gate you’re working.

We had a wonderful turnout at our first Concessions Open House tonight. So many interested parents showed up, and we’re grateful for the excitement and support. A huge thank‑you to our Concessions Lead, Michelle, for giving such a great tour.

We’re excited for the season ahead and even more excited to welcome all the new additions to our music family. Keep an eye out, we may host another open house soon!

Hello music families, just a reminder that we do have a requirement for all music programs that each family do 2 fall and 1 spring concession sign up. This just helps balance things evenly and for every sign up for your department there will be a dollar amount assigned after the season and that will go directly to your program to help fund needed items and trips!

Concession Stand Orientation:

Hello families,

Our sign up for concessions is up and going. Just a couple of pieces of information to share. We will be sharing dates for 1-2 open houses for concession. We are going to host these in the next 1- to 1.5 weeks.

Students are able to sign up and earn volunteer hours needed for Honors Society and graduation. There must be 1 adult at each game if your student plans to sign up.

Additionally, we have simplified the menu this year in order to make prepping and serving much faster and more volunteer friendly.

Update regarding concessions

After looking over our system more closely, we have decided to keep one cash line open for all games. Signs will be posted indicating which lines are card‑only and which one of the lines will accept both card and cash.

We still kindly ask that, whenever possible, families use cards only. This helps us maintain accurate inventory, simplifies ordering, and reduces the need for volunteers to make late‑night bank deposits.

We appreciate your understanding. Please share this update, and thank you for your ongoing support of our musicians.

Our band members are hard at work learning this years show pieces. Choir and orchestra are gearing up for their start with some pretty amazing announcements, coming soon, from the choir department and we can’t wait!!!

Thank you to all of our parents and community. We are getting ready to hit the field with our fall sports and Friday Night Lights!!

Sign ups will be out, in the next day or two, so be on the look out and grab your spot fast. We have changed things up a bit this year with specific job roles and only 2- 2.5 hour shifts. Music families have to do at least 2 per fall and 1 per spring to meet our needs. This also directly impacts your programs funding as each volunteer will select their respective program and once the season is over, each person who works 1 shift will have a dollar amount assigned based on the end of season amount of profit and number of total volunteers. This will directly go to your programs funds to be used for trips, music, equipment, transportation and more.

We will also have 2 concession open houses in the next 1-2 weeks to orient those new to the programs. Additionally, we have scaled down our menu to make it more manageable and worker friendly.

We are very excited for all of these amazing changes and look forward to meeting each of you.
