Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency in Lincoln County Office is OPEN every Wednesday (with the exception of holidays, inclement weather and trainings).

Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency helps low income individuals in crisis situations in two ways; meeting emergency needs first, then helping families gain self-sufficiency through supportive case management and partnerships with other social service providers. We are a member of a nationwide network of Community Action Agencies.

Summer temperatures are climbing, and so are cooling bills.

Applications are now open for LIHEAP Summer Cooling Assistance, which helps eligible households cover the cost of keeping their homes cool this summer.

To apply, you'll need your ID, Social Security number, income verification, and your most recent cooling bill.

Due to high call volume, wait times on our Customer Service Center line are longer than usual. Applying online at OKDHSLive.org is the fastest way to get your application submitted.
