Feeling burned out? Try a morning routine reset.

If you’re experiencing high levels of work-related stress, you’re not alone. Nearly two-thirds of American employees report experiencing burnout.

A morning routine reset can be a simple way to start your day with more intention and less stress. Try:

☀️ Get up a little earlier and avoid reaching for your phone right away
💧 Drink some water and eat a nourishing breakfast
🚶 Take a short walk or stretch
🧘 Give yourself a few quiet minutes before the day gets busy

You don’t need a perfect morning routine - you just need one that helps you feel more prepared for the day ahead.
