Revenue Neutral Rate notices were mailed out yesterday, you'll be receiving the notices in mail soon. We know it can be a bit confusing, so here are some key points to understand:
- This is not a tax bill. It’s an estimated tax notice meant to tell you about possible changes to your property taxes.
- The notice shows you how your taxes compare this year from last year for each taxing entity.
- If a taxing entity plans to exceed its Revenue Neutral Rate, it must hold a public hearing where you can ask questions or give feedback.
- If you have questions about a particular budget you may want to attend the hearing listed in the last section of the notice.
- We've included an explanation below and on the back of your RNR notice as well. While it can be a bit confusing, we hope this helps keep you informed and up to date.

Here are the results for the Kids Vote - PR 2026! The top three have made their way to the General Election Ballot for November 3. Write ins are not allowed in a primary - but if your favorite didn't make the General Election Ballot, you can use the write-in line in November.
