With the ever growing issue of waste being brought into our facility, here are just a few items that we pulled out of the recyclables today wile we worked. All of these items are things we do not recycle. With the growing amount of waste, we are asking that recycling customers please look at the bottoms of your containers. If there is a number 1️⃣ or a number 2️⃣ a recycling ♻️ on the bottom of the container we do recycle it. If there is not a number or any other numbers on the bottom inside the recycling ♻️ it is something that is considered waste and can go in your trash can.

Things that we do not recycle are in the pictures.
These items include:
Plastic hangers
Plastic silverware
Used paper plates
Straws
Any paper container used to hold liquids
Vacume parts
Plastic hose
Plastic cups from fast food
Fast food containers (big Mac boxes)
Take out Plastic containers

Orange, blue, or green pill bottles
Chew cans
Tooth brushes
Dental picks
Paper ice cream containers
Empty deodorant containers
Medical hose or any plastic made for medical use
Recycling containers that still have alot of food left in them. This causes food contamination and we have to throw the product away.

Water bottles
Soda bottles
Sports drink bottles
Most clear food containers
Salad dressing bottles
Plastic juice containers
Some but not all frozen food containers
