The Pratt County Health Department would like to thank the South Central Community Foundation for awarding us $1,990 through the 2025 Marjorie Gillig Grant for Female Hygiene Products.

These funds were used to purchase Female Hygiene Products to be distributed at Pratt USD 382, Skyline Schools, Pratt KS, and Pratt Community College for the upcoming school year.

Providing FREE Female Hygiene Products in schools keeps students in the classroom. When young adults have access to these supplies, they do not have to miss class, drop out of sports, or go home due to emergencies. It also prevents dangerous infections caused by using alternative items. These products will help keep females healthy, happy, and ready to learn.

Thanks again to the South Central Community Foundation for their generosity towards this project.

Kids still have an opportunity to get a free meal until school starts!

BPOE Pratt Elks Lodge #1451 volunteers will be at the Pratt Public Library hosting their Bookworm Bistro at 11:30 AM every day the library is open, until school starts!

Help us provide breakfast for local children this summer!

BPOE Pratt Elks Lodge #1451 Elk's Bistro is providing lunches at the Pratt Public Library, and we're stepping up to add take-home breakfasts.

Donations to the Pratt County Food Resource Coalition fund at the South Central Community Foundation will help us purchase simple, nutritious breakfast foods for children participating in the program.

Every donation, large or small, helps us make sure local children have something to eat in the morning.
