2026-2027 School Immunization Requirements

Summer is the perfect time to make sure your kids are up-to-date on their School Immunizations. 🩹🩺

The Pratt County Health Department would like to thank the South Central Community Foundation for awarding us $774 through the 2025 Community Grants for Mosquito Control and Prevention.

These funds were used to purchase Mosquito Dunks which help control the mosquito population by killing mosquitoes before they're old enough to bite. Dunks contain a biological larvicide that kills only mosquito larvae and fungus gnat larvae.

You can use Mosquito Dunks in any standing water, including rain barrels, bird baths, tree holes, planter reservoirs, and rain gutters. They can be safely used in animal watering troughs, fish habitats/ponds, etc... The dunks start killing mosquitoes in hours and last 30 days.

Dunks are available for FREE at the Pratt County Health Department. Thanks again to the South Central Community Foundation for their generosity towards this project.

IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

If you are needing a copy of your child's immunization record, the Kansas Immunization Information System (KSWebIZ) now offers a Public Portal that allows patients to securely access their own immunization records.

The Public Portal gives individuals and families a convenient way to view and download their own official immunization records.

If your home address, email address, or phone number is not current in our system, we are still happy to help assist you with your records. Call us at 620 672-4135 with any questions.

To ensure your needs are met in a timely manner, please only call once. If you do not get an answer, please leave a detailed message and a staff member will get back to you within 24 hours of your call.
