🚨🚨🚨CONGRATULATIONS!!!🚨🚨🚨

Yesterday marked a proud and exciting milestone for our department as we celebrated our very first D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program graduation in partnership with USD 382.

We want to extend a huge congratulations to all of our graduates. Your hard work, commitment, and willingness to learn important life skills have paid off. Throughout this program, you’ve shown courage in making positive choices, standing up to peer pressure, and building the confidence to lead safe and healthy lives.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. You represent the future of our community, and we know you will continue to make great decisions both in and out of the classroom.

A special thank you goes out to our D.A.R.E. Officers, Sergeant Danny Gimpel and Officer Donovan Wahrman, the educators, and the families who supported these students every step of the way.

Join us in celebrating these students and wishing them continued success!

Happy birthday to Sergeant Jim Ferbert today!!! Jim has served the community of Pratt for many years. We are extremely thankful for his dedication to the citizens of Pratt. Sometimes he’s also the entertainment we need after a long shift!

A post was made yesterday to make the community aware but for those who did not see the original post, the tornado siren that was set today was for the National Severe Weather awareness week. The National Weather Service gave our EM the go ahead to set these tones off as we are NOT in a severe weather warning at this time. Please watch for weather updates throughout the day should there be any changes.
These tests are conducted to ensure all sirens work in case there would be a real threat. Severe weather season is among us.

10 AM the storms sirens will be going off for the state wide tornado drill. If we are in thunderstorm watch or warnings we will cancel the event.
