LRWA extends a sincere thank you to the customers in the Rose Hill Community for their patience and understanding while our service team worked to restore the water supply. As of now, the water supply should be restored for all customers. If you are still experiencing any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. For public health safety, residents in the affected area are required to boil their water for 3-5 minutes before consumption or cooking for the next 3 days. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

We have identified the source of the water outage and low pressure issue in the Rose Hill Community. Due to the saturated ground conditions, repairs will commence at the earliest opportunity tomorrow morning, affecting some of our customers overnight. We offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and assure you that our team is prepared to work diligently to resolve the issue.

Despite our field team's tireless efforts, the cause remains undetermined due to the challenging weather conditions. We will persist in our efforts until the issue is resolved. If you are experiencing a water outage due to the storm, please text OUTAGE along with Name and Service Address to 6014471353. We will dispatch our fieldman and they will be enroute as soon as possible.

We have received reports of a possible water outage in certain parts of Oakvale. Our office is currently closed for the evening; however, our field technician will be out in the morning to investigate the issue, determine the cause, and quickly get the service restored.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To All Lily Rose Water Association Customers,

As we prepare for the possibility severe winter weather over the next few days, we would like to remind our customers of a few important precautions.

Please take a moment to mark your water meter or familiarize yourself with its location. In the event that a pipe freezes and bursts, knowing where your meter is will allow you to quickly turn your water off and help prevent further damage. A curb key is not required—pliers will work just fine.

We also ask that you ensure all exposed pipes are properly insulated to help prevent freezing.
In case of an emergency or if you experience a water outage, please text 601-447-1353 with the word “OUTAGE”, along with your name and address. Our field staff will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind that the safety of our field staff is very important to us and their families. During periods of heavy sleet or rain, crews may not be able to respond until weather conditions improve and it is safe to travel. If an issue is reported after dark, responses may be delayed until the following day, weather permitting.

We encourage everyone to stay safe and remain warm during this time.

Our team has identified the problem of water line damage caused by lightning. Due to adverse weather and ground conditions, the repair work could not be undertaken today.
