Residents of Nevada County DO NOT dispose of vehicle batteries, lithium batteries, or appliances with your household trash. This is extremely dangerous for our employees and to our equipment. Please carry batteries and appliances to the landfill for disposal. Car batteries need to be taken to an auto parts store or salvage yard. Please call the landfill for more information or any questions. 1-870-887-3370. Thank you!
