Celebrate a 25-year partnership connecting Prescott High School and the Lac Du Flambeau community, through culture, friendship, and learning.

Enjoy powerful performances by Dakota and Ojibwe drum groups and dancers, food trucks, craft vendors, and more. 🥁

The 6th grade advanced math class finished the year with their probability unit and made carnival games as a culminating project! ✨

The students created games, identified the outcomes, determined the probability of winning, decided if it was a fair game, and then built the actual product to play in class. The students even brought in prizes for their classmates! 🏆

They had a blast playing each other's games!

☀️🍎 FREE SUMMER MEALS ARE COMING TO PRESCOTT! 🍎☀️

The Prescott School District Nutrition Services Department is excited to offer FREE weekly meal kits for ALL children 18 years old and under this summer!

📍Prescott High School - 1010 Dexter Street, Prescott, WI 54021

📅 Every Thursday
June 18, 2026 – August 6, 2026

🕒 Pick-Up Times:
• 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
• 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Each child will receive:
🥣 Breakfast meals for the week
🥪 Lunch meals for the week
🥛 One gallon of milk

✅ No income requirements
✅ No applications to complete
✅ FREE for all children 18 and under

Families are encouraged to sign up in advance so we can prepare enough meal packages.

Malone Elementary is celebrating our incredible Reading Corps tutor, Mindy Allsop, for completion of four years of service! 📖🎉

Reading Corps is a branch of the federal AmeriCorps program which trains tutors to provide high-impact literacy tutoring. Over the last four years, Mindy has tutored more than 80 Prescott students to help them develop their reading skills, giving them a foundation for success across all their academic years.

She has sparked a love for reading, built students' confidence, and nurtured meaningful relationships with her students. Mindy has been a treasured member of our Malone community, and she will be greatly missed!

The 7th grade students in Ms. Lehmann’s ELA class worked hard the last few weeks of school writing and creating their own poetry books. 📔✍

They each created 13 original poems that represent themselves. These books showcase weeks of hard work, imagination, and dedication!

The fifth graders took a trip to Willow River State Park to release the trout they have been raising in Mrs. Sizemore’s STEM room, learn about fly casting, water clarity testing, macro invertebrate collecting, and nature journaling. 🐟🌳📝

After lunch by the beach, students walked to the Willow River Falls.

Thank you to the KiApTuWish Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Retta Isaacson from Pierce County, Dean Hansen and the numerous volunteers who helped make the day possible.
