🚧 Preston Road (Will Sampson Road) Update 🚧
The long awaited construction will begin soon, to build a new grade-separated interchange on US-75 at Preston Road (Will Sampson Road), designed to improve safety and eliminate a high-risk intersection.

Please use caution and prepare for detours during this time.

Our annual meeting is Monday, March 2nd, at 7:00PM, in the meeting room at the station.

This is open to the public if you'd like to attend.

🔥 Huge thank you to Beggs, Okmulgee, Twin Hills, Okmulgee County Emergency Management, Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office, and Oklahoma Forestry for assisting on this fire 🔥

UPDATE 02/19/2026 1:30pm
Fire is contained crews are currely widening fire breaks and mopping up . There will be smoke in the area from smoldering trees in the burnt areas. Preston, Beggs, Twin Hills, Okmulgee Fire made a great knockdown of the fire to prevent it from spreading. Oklahoma Forestry is on scene assisting.

Crews are currently on scene of a large grass fire in the area oh Hwy 75 & 220 rd. Please avoid the area.nt
