This week we have had the pleasure of having our Eastern Connections classes visit us here at the Eastern Library & Learning Commons. We've enjoyed getting to know students and be able to show them how to access resources and give them a tour of the library! It's going to be a great year and we're excited to be a part of it!

As we're getting closer to the first day of Fall semester (Monday, August 31st), we are excited that we get to be a part of connections with students arriving this week! Tonight we're enjoying hanging out with students playing board games, video games, and just getting to know each other at Connections Game Night!

The LLC partnered with USU Extension - Carbon County Carbon County 4-H to help our young TinkerTechs learn how to create their own 3D models! 💻✨ From scratch build to coding in CAD software, these kids were building creativity, confidence, and hands-on skills. We loved being part of it!

The Library & Learning Commons had a wonderful time at the Emery County Fair Parade! 🎉 We’re so grateful for the chance to share library goodies, toss candy, and visit with so many amazing people!

The Maker’s Loft was so happy to partner with USU Extension - Carbon County Carbon County 4-H for “Operation STEM Rescue” today! ⚙💡
Dozens of kids, hours of 3D printing, and lots of hands-on learning. We loved introducing young makers to the world of 3D printing and cipher wheels!
