Utah State Department of Environmental Quality protocols regulate that we can no longer accept more than 12 tires per resident daily. Also we can no longer accept any commercial tire loads.

Commercial companies are encouraged to search online for the Utah Waste Tire Program, go to the state page, and locate a transporter/recycler.

Come join us at the fair starting tonight!

🇺🇸 Opening Night at the Carbon County Fair is almost here!

Join us Thursday evening as we officially kick off another year of fair memories, community spirit, and hometown tradition.

We invite everyone to gather at the Thelma Park Stage at 6:00 PM for our Opening Ceremonies, featuring a special performance of the National Anthem by Jeff Keele. It's a chance to come together, celebrate our community, and mark the beginning of one of Carbon County's favorite traditions.

Then stick around for a full evening of fun:

🎈 Inflatable Dash – 5:00 PM at the Recreation Office
🇺🇸 Opening Ceremonies – 6:00 PM at the Thelma Park Stage
🌽 Carbon County Cornchuck Co****le Tournament – 7:00 PM at the Amphitheater
🎶 Desert Sage Live in Concert – 7:00 PM at the Thelma Park Stage
🏃 5K Walk/Run – 7:30 PM at the Recreation Office

Whether you're competing, cheering on friends, enjoying live music, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, Thursday night is all about bringing our community together.

From emergency calls in the middle of the night to moments when people need help the most, your dedication, compassion, and quick action never go unnoticed. You are often the calm in someone’s chaos, and our community is stronger because of you.
