The MSP Concealed Carry Interview Investigators in So. MD are great (to me, they follow the guidelines but want everyone to get their CCW)...in other areas of the state, they are intimidating and don’t want people to get their CCW.. this is a good article and read how the MSP overstep their power and restrict Marylanders from being able to protect themselves
