Information for EBT card users: Account Registration: Cardholders must register a new account on the official ebtEdge website or by downloading the mobile app (available on both iOS and Android). Customers can follow these step-by-step instructions if they experience difficulties with registration:https://cardholder.ebtedge.com/chp/help/HelpLog-InDocEnglish.pdf
Immediate Card Usage: Existing EBT cards remain fully active and valid. Customers do not need new physical cards to access their benefits. However, we will begin mailing out new, more secure cards this July.
