Mercer County Day Report is a program funded by the West Virginia Division of Justice & Community Services and receives referrals from the County Magistrate's office and Circuit Court. Day Report services are provided by case managers, counselors and support staff. Transportation is provided to classes, appointments and urinalysis testing and the class schedule and transportation times may be obta

ined by calling the facility or by viewing the page. Punctual class attendance, community service participation and negative urinalysis results are expected of each participant. Failure to comply with agency rules and expectations can result in notification to the Magistrate's office and a possible negative discharge. If a client decides to participate at the suggestion of a lawyer or as condition of bond, s/he is expected to adhere to the rules and participation guidelines just the same. Participants who are not court ordered to participate may be discharged without warning.
