This month, we learned all about Expressive Arts Therapy thanks to Sydney Rosenberg with Flying Colors Healing Arts, LLC !

Sydney presented at our monthly foster/adoptive parent support group on how art can facilitate healing by providing a creative outlet for self-expression, trauma processing, and stress relief. She then facilitated a parent-child art therapy demonstration for us to put our newfound skills to use!

Thank you, Sydney! 🎨✨
