UPDATE!! Those "loud booms" you heard this morning were associated with the outage we had downtown. At this point, all power has been restored to both areas. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. We appreciate your patience and concern.
Have a great Easter weekend!

We currently have 2 separate outages in Princeton.

#1 Downtown in the area of the Caldwell County Jail, Planters Bank and the Franklin Street area, power is out.

#2 In the area around Southside Baptist Church, we have a reports of a blown transformer.

Please be patient with our crew as they work to restore power to all involved! Thank you!

Today, PEPB employees took part in our company-required CPR & First Aid Training exercises. Local paramedic and fireman, Jamie Boswell led our staff in both truck and bucket rescues as well as CPR and choking procedures. We hope and pray that we never have to put these skills to use, but are thankful that we have the knowledge to help either our own or others in need should the opportunity arise.

SCAM ALERT!!!!

There is an account on Facebook called "Public Utility Commission." This site is offering to pay utility bills at a discount. THIS SITE IS FRAUDULENT! Please do not use this site. They will take your money and your bill will NOT be paid. Please only reach out to local, trustworthy organizations if you need assistance.

This is not something viral we are passing along. One of our local citizens has lost money to this scheme. Please be safe!
