Sudz & Studz LLC a member of the Princeton Chamber is a family-owned power washing business proudly based in Princeton,
Missouri owned by Rick and Lisa Phillips. Lisa was born and raised in Princeton, while Rick
grew up in Braymer, Missouri. Together, they launched this venture with a clear mission: to build a meaningful summer job opportunity for their four grandsons while serving the community they love.
Rick previously owned and operated Hot Shot Mobile in the Kansas City area, gaining years of
hands-on experience in the power washing industry. Recognizing a strong need for professional cleaning services in Mercer County, Rick and Lisa decided to bring their skills home and start a business rooted in family values and community pride.
Both Lisa and Rick are land representatives with a company out of Texas. They’ve been
fortunate to work on projects throughout Missouri, which allows them the flexibility to run Sudz & Studz during evenings and weekends.
As lifelong small-town Missourians, Rick, and Lisa understand the importance of community
involvement. Sudz & Studz stepped up to clean the Princeton Bandstand and surrounding area
for the Fourth of July, giving new life to a space that hadn’t been washed in years. They also
helped clean the town square following Calamity Jane Days, in preparation for the local car show. For Sudz & Studz, cleanliness isn’t just about appearance, it’s about hometown pride.
In 2025, Sudz & Studz proudly joined the Princeton Chamber of Commerce to support and align with fellow small businesses working to make a diference. The family believes in the
importance of revitalizing properties, beautifying public spaces, and helping Mercer County continue to grow and attract new opportunities.
With four grandsons Lane 15, Colter 13 , Hyde 7 and Kade 2, Sudz & Studz plans to be around
for many years to come, growing alongside the next generation.
