Gateway Services, Inc. Gateway Services, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides services to adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

We aim to provide supports tailored to individuals' choices in order for them to live the lives they dream of. To that end, we will:

Ensure that all individuals are healthy and safe. Support individuals to have real relationships with family and friends. Assist individuals to have a paying job if they want to work. Encourage individuals to make decisions about their lives. Facilitate opportunities for individuals to contribute to their community.

Happy Workplace Anniversary #30 to our CFO! Mandi loves working with numbers and finding the error when things don't match. The worst part of her job is trying to find money somewhere when there isn't any extra. She enjoys seeing the individuals we support, and they can always brighten her day if she is having a bad one. Mandi also said the staff at Gateway are great to work with. If anyone is considering a career in accounting, her best advice is to be sure they love numbers and don't give up easily. Each year, we gather feedback from individuals, families/guardians, and stakeholders about the services and supports we provide. We also ask for opinions of our employees during the annual staff satisfaction survey. This year, we thought we'd also attempt to gather some general feedback from our Facebook followers and the communities where we provide services. Another busy week is behind us . . . trolley ride and date night, enjoying a movie (until the power went out), a rainy get-together at Fish 'n Fun for the community group, and wrapping up today with the annual summer picnic (and more rain!) SOOO much fun!
