Center for Modern Aging Princeton

Center for Modern Aging Princeton CMAP is a nonprofit organization serving aging adults and their families in the greater Princeton area. We’re active, engaged, and curious members of society.

Much like the people we serve. CMAP is a community nonprofit organization that exists to help older adults thrive. We carry out this mission by offering support and guidance to older adults and their families, and by providing vital human connections, compassionate social services, dynamic lifelong learning, and meaningful volunteer opportunities that promote active, healthy and engaged aging for adults aged fifty-five and above.

🌟 Meet Iona Harding!
Twenty-two years reshaping how AT&T and Lucent thought about people, equity, and belonging — and she has never stopped.
What began as a career pivot from finance into Human Resources became a true calling, carrying Iona from corporate America to her own consulting practice, and ultimately to six years on the CMAP Board, where she now chairs the Human Resources Committee.
We are so proud to have her voice, vision, and leadership in our community. Read her full Open Doors interview on our blog and get to know the remarkable woman behind the work. 👇

What if peace begins closer than we think—in the soil beneath our feet, in the food we share, in the way we care for the land and for each other? 🌱✨
Join guest host Phil Carchman for a very special People & Peace conversation with Robin and Jon McConaughy, owners and stewards of Double Brook Farm and Brick Farm. Together they explore how sustainability, farming, and food can become powerful pathways to community, connection, and well-being—and how the choices we make every day can shape a more grounded and connected way of living. 🍽️🌿
Live and interactive, this is the kind of conversation that stays with you. Can't make it in person? We'll share the session on our YouTube channel afterward—but trust us, being there live is the magic. ✨
📅 Wednesday, May 27 | 5:00–6:30 p.m.
📍 Hybrid — in-person at the MH Location or via Zoom
💰 Free — registration required
