Trust in the pros!!!!! YES, you could watch endless videos on the internet. YES, you can buy books that could take you hours to read through. YES, you can try to line up a schedule with a family member to show you how. OR....you could devote 1 HOUR tomorrow and get all the FREE help and demos you need to make your food shelf stable!!!!
