When Democrats flipped Wheeling Township blue one year ago after decades of Republican rule, we didn’t just fight for you. We delivered.

Since last April’s election, Wheeling Township has truly lived up to its mission of “Neighbors Helping Neighbors.” The Community Mental Health Board now funds social service agencies across the Township, helping Township residents in countless ways. The Food Pantry now delivers groceries and essential items directly to residents. And Wheeling Township is now more transparent than ever, with recorded meetings, better communication with the community, and a new website in the works.

Our Young Dems co-Presidents Ariel Lozner and Gee Baldino were proud to help run the annual town hall meeting by making motions, reading resolutions, and nominating the moderator, Trisha Chokshi.

In late February, our field team placed yardsigns for our endorsed candidates at early voting sites at District 214 schools. Election Day is now here, and we need your help to get signs at polling places on March 17!

We’re looking for hands to help sort, bundle, and label signs on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15 from 1:30 to 4:00pm. No experience needed - just willing hands. Snacks and good company provided. Please contact us if interested!

We’re calling supporters across Illinois to help spread Juliana Stratton and Holly Kim's message in a final push before the primary on March 17. Join us on Sunday, March 15 from 6-8pm to connect with voters about our endorsed candidates.

Whether you’re a first-time volunteer or a seasoned phone banker, we’ll provide training, scripts, and all the support you need. Let’s connect with voters and keep our movement growing strong — one call at a time!
