Yankee Candle Fundraiser orders should be shipping to home ASAP- some of you may have received orders as early as today. LRMS staff was able to help confirm most home addresses, but those that we were not able to confirm will be shipped to my home and I will work to track people down and distribute in the next week. Last call for Yankee Candle fundraiser! Please return all catalog orders and payment to school no later than 3/6- as always, we will also accept monetary donations as part of our fundraising campaign to put toward PTO sponsored student and staff activities . Thank you for your support

The PTO will be hosting a brief reception after the winter concerts next week. We will be serving hot chocolate and snacks. Any donation of cookies/cupcakes/brownies/etc, store bought or home made, are welcome. We are also looking for volunteers to help with set up, serving, and clean up. LRMS Veterans Day Project

Students will be assembling care packages (at Long River) after

school on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from

2:45-3:45 for the veterans at the VA Hospital in West

Haven, CT . Come show your support!

Items needed : white socks, gum, mints, razors,

soap, magazines, playing cards, wash cloths,

snacks, granola bars, mouth wash, toothpaste,

puzzle books, toothbrushes, etc.

Donations can be handed in by any student (whether participating in assembling or not) in

office from now until November 4th.
