You know how you can be doing everything right, showing up, praying, working, smiling and yet there’s this quiet heaviness that never really leaves?

Maybe you’ve told yourself you’re fine, that it doesn’t matter anymore, that you’ve moved on.

But deep down, there are memories, conversations that never happened, wounds that were never acknowledged, and a part of your heart that still feels unseen.

I want you to hear this clearly: there is nothing wrong with you.

What you’re feeling isn’t weakness, it’s unhealed pain asking to be noticed.

And God sees it, even when no one else does.

Healing doesn’t start with pretending or forcing yourself to “be strong.”

It starts with honesty, reflection, and allowing yourself to be heard in a safe space.
