After a summer of door knocking, phone banking and social distancing, I spent some time with family and friends on this Labor Day/Election Day eve.
This handsome young man is my Godson, Carter.
He will never know it, but the fight for his future is being fought right now.
The state of his education, his community and his planet all depends on what we do today.
To all the candidates running in tomorrow’s primary, I congratulate you.
