At Helping Our Women, our mission is to provide supportive services and empower women on Outer Cape!

We provide services to women living with chronic, life threatening, or disabling conditions who reside in the towns of Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown on outer of Cape Cod.

Helping Our Women has been named a beneficiary of ! Each year, swimmers take to the waters of Provincetown Harbor for our community. What does that make possible? Rides to medical appointments. Food on the table. A place where a woman feels she belongs again.

💛 Free acupuncture for Women affected by substance use disorder

Healing isn't something you have to do alone. Whether you're in recovery, still finding your footing, or loving someone who is, there's a place for you here.

Helping Our Women is offering free acupuncture sessions for women affected by substance use disorder. Acupuncture can ease stress, calm the nervous system, help with sleep, and support your body through recovery. No experience needed. No cost. No judgment.

Come as you are. You belong here, and we're glad you're coming.
