Alan is a lifelong Utah County resident, cybersecurity professional, and son of immigrants. He brings nearly a decade of experience protecting critical technology systems, and believes in practical, evidence-based decisions that put District 61 ahead of party politics.

His campaign is focused on:
✅ Lower costs and affordable living — fair property taxes, more housing choices, and utility rules that protect families.
✅ Strong schools and UVU — support teachers, invest in classrooms, keep tuition affordable, and expand paths to good jobs.
✅ Responsible growth — protect our water, power grid, roads, and air while making large developments cover their costs
