“Everyone here has not just helped me with my computer skills, but also helped me with my confidence and believing in myself.” This graduate’s words from last night’s graduation ceremony perfectly capture why United Way of Utah County’s Digital Literacy Program matters.
Digital literacy is about more than learning technology; it’s about building confidence, creating opportunities, and helping people navigate an increasingly digital world.
We were honored to be hosted by Provo City Hall and to have Provo Mayor Marsha Judkins be a part of our ceremony as we celebrated the accomplishments of this incredible group of learners. For Spring Semester we had 13 classes taught in 3 languages, 37 volunteers, and 65 graduates!
