WHEREAS the placement of temporary signs in the road Right of Way has been determined to be a major source of the obstacles and encumbrances; and

WHEREAS temporary signs placed in the road Right of Way create both a safety hazard to the motorizing public and deterrent to efficient maintenance of same by road commission staff;

• Verify MDOT Policy on its Roads and enforce same at their direction as Maintenance Contract County.
