Pryor Piranha's

Pryor Piranha's The Pryor Piranha's are a Jr. Swim Team associated with the Pryor Creek Recreation Center. This year 2014 we will be having a winter swim league.

Parents meeting will be Saturday October 25th at 3pm. Practices will begin the week of November 10th and will continue on to the end of February. The team this year is coached by Kylee Wojcik for more information on the team, or if you are interested please email [email protected]

Last Night the Piranha's took home:
9-1st place ribbons
7-2nd place ribbons
5-3rd place ribbons
1-4th place ribbon
Avery Copeland took 1st in Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke.
Grace Rutherford took 3rd in backstroke
Ryleigh Wells took 1st in Breaststroke, 2nd in Butterfly, and 3rd in Freestyle.
Carson Kennedy took 1st in Butterfly, and 4th in Backstroke.
Bethany Craig took 2nd in Breaststroke.
Beau Raymond took 1st in Butterfly and 2nd in Freestyle, and Backstroke.
Molly Franks took 3rd in Backstroke
Craig Thomas took 1st in Butterfly, and Breaststroke, and 2nd in Freestyle.
Elizabeth Thomas took 1st in Butterfly, and 3rd in Freestyle and 200 IM.
Awesome job to all the swimmers last night.

I am so proud of my kids!!! They have worked so hard and it shows. Tonight we took 13 kids to the first meet of the season and came home with 12 first place, 8 second place, & 8 third place. It only gets better from here. It's not too late to join the fun. Next practice is Thursday 6:30 at the Rec Center.

Sign up now for spring league. Swim meets start at the end of March, and practice is going on at the rec center now! You do not need to live in Pryor to be on the team.

Championship meets for the winter league are Tuesday for the 10&under and Thursday for the 11&up. Then practice starts the following week for spring league!
