Hope4youth HOPE4YOUTH was formed under the Mayes County HOPE umbrella.

HOPE4YOUTH is funded by the SPF-PFS grant and focuses on prevention and education of alcohol, marijuana, prescription pills, and tobacco use. Reducing substance use among youth, and overtime, adults by reducing risk factors and increasing protective factors.

A bill that would protect children from fentanyl exposure passed the Oklahoma Senate in a unanimous vote.

Senate Bill 633, known as Leo's Law, adds fentanyl-related parental drug screenings if DHS determines a child could be at risk of exposure to the substance.

The bill is named after Leonardo Towe, who died of fentanyl poisoning at only 3 years old.

The bill now heads to the governor's desk.
