*A True Collaborator: you’ll work side-by-side with our Lead Teacher to spark curiosity and keep the classroom humming.
*Highly Engaged: You’re always in the mix—whether you’re sitting on the carpet for storytime, helping a student master a zipper, or cheering them on during outdoor play.
*Active & Energetic: You have the physical stamina to stay moving all day. This role involves prepping activities and constant movement, including bending, kneeling, and frequently transitioning from sitting on the floor to standing.
