Veterans Victory Villages are a part of Candidate XX's strategy to reshape the USA economy. Over 100,000 US factories have been abandoned, we will select from among these, retool them, and restart the manufacturing processes dormant within them. Part of this plan is to also target the neighborhoods adjacent to these factories, raze dilapdidated housing, renovate housing, plant community gardens, build community centers and schools.

These Villages will augment Candidate XX's related tactic of GUARANTEEING employment to all US citizens.
