Pueblo County Public Works: Road Repairs Underway in Pueblo West!

Pueblo County Public Works crews are working hard every day to repair and maintain roads throughout the county.

With hundreds of miles of roads to maintain, it’s a big job that requires time, teamwork and dedication. Our crews are tackling road repairs one day at a time, working to improve road conditions and keep our community moving.

From identifying areas in need of repair to completing projects on the ground, Public Works employees play an important role in maintaining the county’s road network and serving residents.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Accepting Applications for Pueblo County Fair Board
The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking interested volunteers to serve on the Pueblo County Fair Board. The purpose of the Pueblo County Fair Board is to provide an entity for management of the Pueblo County Fair, which would be a binding force, dedicated to the exchange of information, and striving for the best possible management of the Pueblo County Fair, and continuous improvement of the fair through a unified community effort.

The Pueblo County Fair Board Meets the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm.

Applications will now be accepted through Friday, November 6, 2026. To apply, go to https://county.pueblo.org/boards-and-commissions-department/boards-and-commissions.

COMMUNITY UPDATE FOR ASPEN ACRES FIRE RECOVERY

A general update on the Aspen Acres Fire recovery is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28 at the Beulah Fire Station.
The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office’s Manager of Community Recovery and Resilience will be in attendance to address any questions from residents.

Stay tuned for more community updates as recovery continues in Pueblo County.
