Our 6th-8th grade student council will pass out breakfast burritos to first responders during this event! They will also host a table where community members can handwrite thank-you messages to the Aspen Acres first responders.

All VBE families are welcome to join the event, hosted by the Center for American Values.

Introducing our Elementary School ESS Crew Leader, Daniel Rothman!

"For the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of working as an ESS teacher, helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and reach their full potential. I earned my bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and my master's degree from Adams State University. Throughout my career, I have taught in both Colorado and Oklahoma, where I have enjoyed collaborating with students, families, and colleagues to create meaningful learning experiences.

I believe every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and capable of success. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel safe to take risks, celebrate their achievements, and grow both academically and personally."

Since Danielle has been serving our students these first few weeks of school, we've been blown away with her professionalism, deep empathy, unshakable patience, and creative adaptability.
