The black carbon filters are washable! 🧽

If you notice a slow flow or gunk on the filters, just give them a good scrub! We recommend doing it every 3-6 months.

Use an abrasive sponge (we ❤️ Scotch-Brite pads) and water to open up the micropores.

Filters can last for a long time! It depends on how many gallons you use and the quality of water you’re putting in the system. For best results, we recommend replacing your filters once a year.
