Pulaski Tri-County Fire Department is proud to be out supporting the Boot Camp Scramble at Golden Sands Golf Club in Cecil, a great fundraiser benefiting veterans in Shawano County.

Each year, this event helps raise funds for scholarships awarded to the children and grandchildren of those who have served our country. We're honored to be part of an event that gives back to those who have given so much.

And we have to admit—the ladder truck is looking pretty sharp on the course! 🇺🇸🚒⛳

Thank you to the organizers, golfers, sponsors, and volunteers for making a difference for our local veterans.

🚒 Joint training is underway this evening!

Pulaski Tri-County firefighters are training alongside our partners from Suamico, Little Suamico, and Howard in a rural water movement exercise. Crews are practicing drafting water from ponds, utilizing hydrants, and coordinating water supply operations to simulate the demands of a large-scale fire incident.

These trainings strengthen our teamwork, improve our response capabilities, and ensure we're ready to serve our communities when every minute matters.

If you see an increased fire department presence in the area tonight, it's all part of this planned training exercise. Thank you for your support!

It is with heavy hearts that the members of the Pulaski Tri-County Fire Department share the passing of our brother firefighter, Elmer Ragen.

Elmer dedicated his life to serving others with humility, integrity, and compassion. A proud United States Navy veteran, he faithfully served with both Pulaski Tri-County Fire Department and Little Suamico Fire Department while also giving back to his community as Town Board Chairman.

Whether responding to an emergency, repairing equipment, lending his mechanical expertise, or simply helping a neighbor, Elmer was someone others could always count on. His generosity, wisdom, and quiet dedication touched countless lives.

Today, we remember and honor a life defined by service. Elmer's legacy will continue to live on through the people he helped, the firefighters he served beside, and the communities he cared for so deeply.

Rest easy, brother. We have the watch from here.

Today we celebrate all the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who lead by example, support their families, and strengthen our community. We especially want to recognize the fathers within our department who balance the demands of serving others while being role models at home.

Thank you to all the fathers who answer the call—whether it’s for your family, your neighbors, or your community. Your dedication, sacrifice, and love do not go unnoticed.

Wishing everyone a safe, relaxing, and Happy Father’s Day!

Our crew went to the Wisconsin Fire & EMS Memorial to tend to the lawn and landscaping again this past week.

Our members make the trip to Wisconsin Rapids a few times each year to donate their time to maintain the property.

The memorial is funded entirely by donations and honors the firefighters and EMS that have paid the ultimate price to serve their community.

Please check out their website and donate if you can, to keep this memorial looking its best for generations to come!

A little late but not forgotten!

A massive THANK YOU to the Pulaski Tri County Fire Department!

On Friday, June 12th, this incredible crew took time out of their busy schedules to perform essential maintenance at the Wisconsin Fire and EMS Memorial. They tackled all the lawn mowing, trimming, and waste removal to make sure the park looks its absolute best.

Because of your hard work and sweat, the memorial grounds continue to be a beautiful, respectful, and pristine place to honor our state's fallen heroes. We truly appreciate your commitment to our community, to the fire/EMS family, and to preserving the legacy of those who gave everything.

Join us in showing them some well-deserved appreciation in the comments!

Yesterday four of our members volunteered their time and energy to go help Ellington Fire and their neighboring communities fill sandbags for the flooding. It was a truly humbling experience and a good reminder of how much power water has.

Good luck everyone and please stay safe as these next round of storms come in tonight!
