The City of Pulaski Water Department would like to thank John Masley with Vac-Con for providing a demonstration of their vacuum truck today on Mill Street.

Their team assisted us in locating a 10-inch water main with exceptional precision, helping reduce time spent in the field and improve efficiency.

We appreciate your visit and the opportunity to see your equipment in action. Thank you, Vac-Con, for your support and partnership! 💧🚛

🚨Important Information: Effective August 7, 2026, the section of West Madison Street between South 4th and South 5th Streets will permanently close to through traffic. This change creates a safer, more walkable campus core — and every UT Southern building, parking area, and event remains fully accessible through existing campus entrances.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from the City of Pulaski! 🇺🇸

Today, as we celebrate America’s independence, we also proudly begin the celebration of our nation’s 250th Anniversary — the Semiquincentennial.

It’s a meaningful time to reflect on our history, honor the sacrifices made for our freedom, and look ahead to the future of our great nation.

We wish everyone a safe, happy, and memorable Independence Day spent with family, friends, and community. 🇺🇸

Freedom Fest 2026 was a tremendous success, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our community.

A heartfelt thank you to the Pulaski Parks & Recreation Department for organizing another outstanding event, as well as our bands, vendors, volunteers, first responders, shuttle service, sponsors and everyone who came out to celebrate with us.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our nation’s independence and for continuing to make our community stronger. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year! 🇺🇸🎆

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our annual Freedom Fest! Without your amazing support, none of this would be possible.
We want to send a special thank you to:
• Our Vendors: For bringing great food, crafts, and fun to the event.
• Our Volunteers: For working behind the scenes and helping out in every way.
• Our Community: For showing up to enjoy the festivities and the spectacular fireworks.
• Our First Responders: A huge thank you to the PPD, PFD, and EMS for keeping everyone safe!

We are so grateful for our community and cannot wait to see you all next year!
