Phi Delta Theta was organized with three principle objectives: The cultivation of friendship among its members, the acquirement individually of a high degree of mental culture, and the attainment personally of a high standard of morality. As a fraternity we are fully compliant with the new law passed by the state of Washington ``Sam's law" being enacted this following school year. According to RCW

28B.10.900 Sam's Law: No violations of policies have been found in the last five years. The law is named after Sam Martinez who was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, his life was taken from him due to alcohol-induced hazing. Hazing is not tolerated in our chapter of Phi Delta Theta, and we have a zero-tolerance policy.
