Pullman Disposal Service

Pullman Disposal Service Working Together to Make Pullman Better for You! Today Pullman Disposal has grown to match a bigger city’s needs with 25 employees and 13 trucks.

Pullman Disposal Service was established December 1st, 1954, with only two guys and two trucks, helping out their community. Serving our community is our number one job, which is why we provide more than curbside garbage and recycling; we provide support. Check out all our services on our website. Our Round Up to Help Out program, created in partnership with the Community Action Center, has been g

oing strong for over a decade. The program encourages the citizens of Pullman to round up their bill and donate the added amount to their neighbors in need. In the past year alone, the people of Pullman have contributed $2,000 through this program. We support the community in many other ways:
- By assisting the Boy Scouts with their annual Christmas tree recycling.
- By offering a 24 hour drop off recycling center free to the community.
- By collaborating with Avista Utilities, to provide free recycling of CFL bulbs.
- By actively executing the state electronic waste program, keeping harmful chemicals out of our landfill.
- By providing a safe means to dispose of sharps and medical waste.
- By participating in community events; providing educational materials on recycling and waste reduction.
- And by working closely with A Green Palouse to further earth friendly efforts in our area.

We will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday November 24th, but we will return to work picking up those carts that we missed on the 25th. If you have service on thursday, just put out your carts on Friday the 25th by 7am. Please be patient with us as it is a double day on Friday and we are probably still full. Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
