Our Story

We’re here and we’ll be around for all of your housing needs. We are NOT a hotel but a four-bedroom house that quickly becomes YOUR home during your studies with the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts and academics. We invite you to enjoy a comfortable environment free from the dorm-style living on a college campus. A living arrangement where you will never be required to have a meal plan, one where you can cook all of your meals at your convenience and eat when your schedule works best of all for you. Staying on the premises during any of the many breaks is all in your hands. You’ll have full use of a washer and dryer where you’ll never have to load or unload your dirty clothing to and from laundry facilities outside of your residence. Our monthly rental fee includes all utilities and on-site parking. No problem if you need access to the Internet, it’s all included in your monthly fee along with great television programming. We offer so much more that you’ll need to make an appointment to see for yourself.

This facility is a smoke-free/pet-free environment and rental payments can be paid in full for the semester, full year or payable on a month to month arrangement for a lease for lease agreements covering August - August. If you find out school is not for you and depart after the first semester, we will also consider a one-semester lease, if that’s all you need.
