Utility Billing Update

The utility bills have been recalculated and are currently being mailed out and have went out electronically.

To allow for the delay, the payment due date has been extended from the 15th to the 21st.

IMPORTANT CITY HALL CLOSURE NOTICE

City Hall will be closed Monday, August 31, while our software provider takes the utility billing system offline to make the necessary billing corrections.

Due to the upcoming high temperatures, we are also working to reconnect all electric services that were disconnected for nonpayment.

An error occurred while calculating this month’s utility bills. The error was caught before printed bills were mailed; however, incorrect bills were sent electronically and appeared online.

Please do not pay the amount shown on the digital or online bill. Corrected bills will be issued as soon as possible, and the payment due date will be extended to account for the delay.

WATER SERVICE UPDATE

Crews are still working to repair the water main leak. At this time, we do not have an estimated completion time.

Once the leak is repaired, it will take some time for the system to fully repressurize and for normal water pressure to return.

WATER SERVICE ALERT

At approximately 11:00 a.m. today, a 12-inch main water feeder line was struck. Crews are on-site, and repairs are underway.

Most districts may experience low water pressure or a temporary loss of water while the repair is completed. Crews hope to restore normal service within a few hours.

We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as they become available.

🚨 UPDATE: INTERSTATE CLOSURE 🚨

The interstate is now shut down between Exits 91 and 95 while utility crews work to safely repair the damaged power line.

The closure is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

Please avoid the area and use an alternate route if possible. We’ll continue to share updates as they become available.

⚠️ IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATE ⚠️

Due to damage caused when an ODOT mowing crew struck a utility pole near the interstate, a power line spanning the roadway near Exit 91 has been brought down.

To allow utility crews to safely make repairs, the interstate will be temporarily closed between Exits 91 and 95.

The Oakridge Addition will be without power.

At this time, there is no estimated time for power restoration.

Please use caution, avoid the affected area if possible, and plan for alternate routes. We’ll share additional information as it becomes available.

Water Service Notice – District 7

We are currently responding to a water leak near Highway 39 that is affecting District 7.

Customers in the affected area may experience low to no water pressure while repairs are being made.

Our crews are on site and working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. The estimated repair time is approximately 4 hours.
