We are currently having technical difficulties with some of our tornado sirens. We recommend downloading a weather app on your phone. Weather apps are more reliable and can send an alert to everyone. Tornado sirens cannot be heard by everyone. Also make sure wireless emergency alerts are turned on.

With the recent severe weather that happened in our area we want to remind residents of the multiple ways to receive weather alerts.

We are releasing this graphic for our storms victims. Please use this is a guideline for your clean-up, it gives excellent details on debris separation.

Large Appliances: Refrigerators, washers, stoves. (Note: Secure the doors so they cannot lock, and remove all food before placing curbside).

Construction Debris: Drywall, lumber, carpet, furniture.

Vegetative Waste: Tree branches, leaves, and plants.

Place piles by the curb or road shoulder on your property line.

Do not place debris on top of or near live cables, fire hydrants, utility meters, or live trees.

Do not block the street or roadway. Heavy trucks will need to pass through.
