On May 22, 2017, Weapons Training Battalion hosted the Relief and Appointment for Sergeant Major Ansil E. Lewis and Sergeant Major Jason Cantu.

SgtMaj Lewis is preparing for retirement after 30 years of honorable service and will be sorely missed as a member of the Weapons Training Battalion family.

SgtMaj Cantu is no stranger to Weapons Training Battalion, having served here as an instructor for Small Arms Weapons Instructor School as a Sergeant. We would like to welcome SgtMaj and his family to the Weapons Training Battalion Family.
