proudly congratulates the newly minted Sailors of U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command Training Group 26 on their well-earned Boot Camp graduation at Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill.
Director Omar Lopez joined as the guest of honor, along with Rear Adm. Mark Behning, Acting Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Warfighting Requirements and Capabilities, in recognizing the distinguished honor graduates for their achievements during their training.
As these new Sailors embark on the next chapter of their careers, we recognize their commitment to service and wish them continued success as they join the fleet.
NCIS involvement at Navy Recruit Training Command (RTC) is a critical component of Force Protection and Force Preservation. Because RTC is the U.S. Navy’s only enlisted accession point, safeguarding this installation ensures the uninterrupted flow of trained warfighters to the fleet. Protecting this pipeline directly underpins global operational readiness, counterintelligence posture, and overall maritime security.
To that end, NCIS Resident Agency Great Lakes and the Naval Station Great Lakes Security Department work in close coordination to ensure that distinguished guests and loved ones may safely witness these long-held Naval traditions during the recruit graduation ceremony.
NCIS remains proud to serve alongside and protect these new warriors.
Bravo Zulu, TG-26!
