MCU took the time to recognize and acknowledge the consistent volunteers of the unit in April, Volunteer Appreciation Month. For 2023, this group of volunteers selflessly gave over 200 hours of their time in service. Thanks to Marine Corps Family Team Building for hosting the event!

We honor Women’s History Month with evidence of the contribution that Women Marines made during WWII. There were many support positions filled with women including parachute riggers. Thank you to the Women Marines that served during WWII.

In honor of Women's History Month, the Marine Corps celebrates the fighting spirit and steadfast determination of all women who have earned the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.

For over 100 years, women have made their indelible mark on the Marine Corps through their leadership and selfless service. Today, women are able to serve in every military occupational specialty in the Corps, and our organization is stronger, more adaptable, and better prepared than ever before.

President Lecture Series Event!
MCU hosted a panel event facilitated by our own Dr. Benjamin Jensen, which invited Mr. Joe Larson, Deputy Chief Digital and AI Office for Algorithmic Warfare (SES, LtCol USMCR); Col Matthew Strohmeyer, Joint All-Domain Command and Control Experimentation Division Chief and Digital and AI Office of Secretary of Defense; and Mr. Nand Mulchandani, the inaugural Chief Technology Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency to discuss the new era of algorithmic warfare.

The panelists shared that mastery lies in the adept collection, processing, and analysis of a vast dataset, granting a decisive edge to those who modernize DoD networks and establish agile AI/ML capabilities across the military. Fostering an era of success hinges on an iterative mindset and experimentation at every echelon.
