Today is the final day to apply for the 2027 TM Hay Sales Founding Ambassador Program!

Only six individuals will be selected to become the inaugural Founding Ambassadors.

Applications are open to adults and minors involved throughout agriculture, including equine, livestock, FFA, 4-H, rodeo, farming, ranching, homesteading, agricultural education, agribusiness, and related communities.

We are looking for people who lead with character, represent agriculture positively, create authentic content, communicate consistently, and support the people around them.

We’ve received some great questions about the TM Hay Sales Founding Ambassador Program, so let’s clear up a few things.

“Do I need to own horses?”

No. This program represents the entire agricultural community.

“Do I need thousands of followers?”

No. There is no minimum follower requirement.

“Do I need to be a current TM customer?”

No. Current customers and people who are still learning about TM are welcome to apply.

“Do I need to be an adult?”

No. Minors may apply with parent or legal-guardian approval.

“Do I need to be a professional competitor?”

Absolutely not.

“Are awards and accomplishments considered?”

They may help us understand your background, but they are not the primary basis for selection.

“What matters most?”

Character, communication, consistency, leadership, sportsmanship, community involvement, and genuine alignment with TM Hay Sales.

If you have been thinking about applying, now is the time to begin.

The application is detailed because we genuinely want to get to know the people behind the animals, agricultural projects, businesses, competitions, and social media pages.

Give yourself approximately 20–30 minutes to complete it thoughtfully.

Before starting, have these items ready:

• Your contact information
• Links to your social media accounts
• Information about your agricultural involvement
• The name and contact information for one character reference
• A clear, high-quality photo that represents you

Who should apply for the TM Hay Sales Founding Ambassador Program?

Someone who:

• Supports others
• Represents agriculture positively
• Communicates consistently
• Leads by example
• Demonstrates good sportsmanship
• Creates genuine, relatable content
• Wants to help build something meaningful

You do not need to be a professional competitor.

You do not need thousands of followers.

You do not need a wall full of ribbons, trophies, or buckles.

You do not even need to be a current TM Hay Sales customer.

We are looking for real people who are genuinely involved in agriculture and willing to represent TM Hay Sales and their community well.

That may be the experienced rancher.

It may be the first-year FFA member.

It may be the livestock mom who somehow keeps everyone organized.

It may be the horse owner, homesteader, instructor, breeder, educator, or small-business owner who quietly helps everyone around them.

Thursday nights are back - but this fall, we are doing them a little differently.

Introducing HORSESHOE UNDER THE LIGHTS, a six-week buckle and prize barrel series at Horseshoe Park.

Six selected Thursday nights. Eleven buckles. Prizes. On top of that.... We have partnered with TM Hay Sales, LLC for an awesome high point series prize anyone has the chance to win, enough hay to make somebody's feed bill look a whole lot friendlier.

November 5 and 12

December 3 and 10

Exhibitions 5:00-6:30 PM | Race 7:00 PM

Open 5D | Youth 3D | Rookie 2D | Peewee

Enter four of six and be entered and present at the December 10 finale to qualify for awards.

It’s for the barrel racer who stays to cheer for the last rider.

The FFA member who helps another exhibitor prepare for the show ring.

The 4-H family that volunteers even when their own project is finished.

The rancher who shares decades of knowledge with someone just getting started.

The homesteader learning as they go and bringing others along for the ride.

The livestock exhibitor who celebrates someone else’s win just as loudly as their own.

The person who understands that agriculture grows stronger when we support one another.

We aren’t looking for one specific species, discipline, age group, or type of competitor.

We’re looking for good people who love agriculture and want to help build something meaningful.
