The Perch Queen Creek had their groundbreaking this morning in Downtown Queen Creek on Munoz Street between Ellsworth and Ellsworth Loop Road! 🎉

This project will bring:

🏬Future retail/restaurant/entertainment tenant shell buildings

📏Totaling 28,000 square feet of space

Since 2017, Old Ellsworth Brewing Company has been brewing crisp IPAs to rich stouts right here in Queen Creek. And guess what’s brewing next? Just across the street, Sacred Pint Craft Beer Taproom and Wine Bar is coming soon to Downtown Queen Creek!

Construction Alert! Starting today, portions of the library parking lot are closing to accommodate for construction of the Switchyard. Please use the alternative entrances on E. Ocotillo Road and S. Ellsworth Road.

During the project, our drive-thru book drop will operate as a walk-up service, with dedicated parking available nearby. We anticipate parking to be impacted through February of 2026, during the first phase of this project.

Thanks for your understanding when visiting us during construction!
